Re-Car ReManufacturing Process

1. Dismantle completely
2. Remove and discard all seals, tie, rods, boots and Teflon seals.
3. Check housings, shafts and pinion for wear
4. Dismantle and rebalance valve and pinion assembly
5. Rebuild each unit using the best O.E. components
6. Test each and every unit on our test bench for leaks, elimination of heavy or light feel and returnability.
